Martha McGrath is lead and principal Equine assisted Early Intervention practitioner. Martha has many years working as a specialist teacher in the Early Years space in local Government , Non for profit and university settings. With extensive training in Early intervention practices, disability, trauma informed practice, communication, emotional regulation, social skills and child development as well as a love for all things equine and a true commitment to best outcomes for children with developmental concern and delays it ensures that the programs provided at P.A.A.T are of the highest standards with the best possible outcomes. Martha is a Mum of 4 , and have lived experience of supporting a child through an Autism and ADHD diagnosis, a Dyslexia diagnosis and severe anxiety. She is also a the plan manager for her daughters NDIS plan, so is very comfortable in offering support through the NDIS process. Martha holds a range of qualifications including: B.A - Early Childhood Education Ass. Dip Social services Mothercraft Nursing Cert IV Training and Assessment Cert Engagement Victorian Institute of Teaching - Current Registration WWCC Current Vic Pol Check The clinic is located at our property in Tynong North, Victoria. It is a 5 acre hobby farm located just 15 mins from Pakenham or 25 mins from Warragul just off the Princes highway. Full indemnity insurance Approx 70kms from the Melbourne CBD and 50 mins on the Monash Freeway. There is a range of settings that will be utilized to support growth and development in the client - ranging from indoor therapy rooms to outdoor stables and paddocks. |
